You'll be working in a modern, state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest medical technology, including electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic and Cerner. Your role will involve assisting with patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks, all while ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist doctors and nurses with patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and basic medical procedures.
- Manage patient check-ins and appointments, ensuring accurate and timely records using EHR systems like Epic and Cerner.
- Support administrative tasks, such as billing, insurance processing, and patient communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Stay updated on the latest medical practices and technologies, and assist in training new staff members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Clinic Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with EHR systems like Epic or Cerner is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is a plus.
- Certification in CPR and first aid is a plus.
