PT Langit Cempaka is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and a passion for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.,Participate in regular fleet meetings and provide updates on fleet status and performance.,Develop and implement training programs for new drivers and fleet personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
