🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, training, or education.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.,Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Valid teaching or training certification is a plus.,Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
