Berkah Indra Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.,Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and network with other professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in the foodservice industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the foodservice industry.,Experience with POS systems and data analysis tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
