📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage a team of staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stocked.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
