📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Maintain and expand existing customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage and track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
