📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the pharmacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including securing loans and managing credit facilities.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team and other departments.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.,Proven track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
