📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the general affairs of the company, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Manage and maintain company records and documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle administrative tasks and provide support to the management team.,Organize and manage company events and activities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve company operations and efficiency.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff in the general affairs department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs or related field.,Strong knowledge of company policies and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
