📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.,Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.,Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, issues, and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project completion.,Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
