📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of sales assistants and cashiers, ensuring they follow SOPs and maintain high customer service standards.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Manage staff shift schedules to ensure optimal coverage and smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure the store is stocked and organized according to company standards.
• Assist in inventory management and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as Microsoft Excel and POS systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
