📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing the department's day-to-day operations and activities.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Support the development and implementation of departmental strategies and initiatives.,Monitor and report on departmental performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a high-performing team.,Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use.,Facilitate communication between the department and other stakeholders, both internally and externally.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
