• Manage the full international recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and compliance.
• Collaborate with international partners, universities, and industry leaders to identify and attract top talent.
• Use Taleo and Workday to streamline recruitment processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top global talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders to drive our recruitment efforts.
• Provide exceptional service to candidates and partners, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure we meet our targets and continuously improve our processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive in the global talent acquisition market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven experience using Taleo and Workday for recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of international recruitment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Certification in international recruitment or a related field is a plus.
