📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive company growth.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and securing new business opportunities.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Understanding of the industry and market trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
