As our Commissary Stockman, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting regular quality checks, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient commissary. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are available when needed, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the management of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing ingredients and supplies.
• Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and stored products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, quality checks, and other relevant information using software such as SAP or similar.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent waste and ensure cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management and quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management and quality control in the food production industry.
• Proven experience with inventory management software such as SAP or similar.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
