📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to customer locations to understand their needs and address concerns.
Develop and implement targeted canvassing strategies to improve customer retention and reduce delinquency rates.
Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to build strong relationships and foster trust.
Monitor customer payments and provide timely follow-ups to ensure on-time payments.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the sales and collections teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools to track customer interactions and performance metrics.
Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the development of retention strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer retention, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing to travel to customer locations across Surakarta.
