📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network devices.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's IT assets.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure data integrity.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.,Document all system configurations, processes, and procedures.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless system operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Experience with virtualization and cloud computing technologies is a plus.,Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
