📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and development of new products, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and market trends.
• Conduct market research and user feedback to inform design decisions and product improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate design elements into product prototypes and final products.
• Create and maintain design assets, including sketches, digital mockups, and style guides.
• Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma to produce high-quality visuals.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development of design standards and processes within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design and research.
• Proven experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of market research and user feedback analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and achievements.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies is a plus.
