PT Lautan Wisesa is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate vehicle schedules, ensuring they are efficiently utilized and returned on time.,Oversee fuel management, including ordering, delivery, and monitoring usage.,Handle vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with service providers as needed.,Monitor vehicle insurance and ensure all necessary documents are up-to-date.,Track vehicle usage and generate reports for management.,Manage driver assignments and ensure they are properly trained and supervised.,Handle any vehicle-related incidents or accidents, ensuring they are properly documented and addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
