📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the UPT Perdagangan, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
• Develop and implement trade policies and strategies that align with the goals of the Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for economic growth and development.
• Collaborate with local businesses, government agencies, and international trade partners to foster a supportive and prosperous trading environment.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards, and implement necessary measures to maintain compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.
• Represent the Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung in meetings, conferences, and other professional events.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the UPT Perdagangan, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade policy, market analysis, or strategic planning, preferably in a government or regulatory environment.
• Proven track record of success in similar roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive economic growth and development.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
