📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and construction of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.,Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in project management and leadership.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
