📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure we hire the best talent.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.,Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection best practices.,Experience in managing employee benefits and compensation.
