📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including equipment maintenance and calibration.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures.,Mentor and train junior lab technicians to maintain high standards of performance.,Develop and implement quality control measures to improve laboratory efficiency and accuracy.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in laboratory technology.,Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.,Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment to promote safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, instruments, and techniques.,Experience with quality control and quality assurance processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS).,Valid certification in laboratory safety and compliance.
