Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and our company culture,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates,Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring
