📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing the nursing team and ensuring high standards of patient care

Assessing and monitoring patients' health status

Developing and implementing nursing care plans

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Educating patients and their families about their health conditions

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies

Participating in continuous education and professional development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse

Certification as a Senior Nurse or equivalent

Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Familiarity with healthcare software and technology

Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care
