📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the production line to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role, preferably in the plastics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control methods.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with ERP or MES systems is a plus.
