Food Sky Pratama is looking for a Senior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees,Design and implement training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus
