As a Human Resource Executive at Trust Recruit in Canggu, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing learning and development programs that foster employee growth and engagement. You will work closely with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives that align with our company's goals and values. You will also be involved in talent management activities, including performance appraisals, succession planning, and career development. With your expertise in HR, you will help us attract, retain, and develop top talent in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their career development.
• Develop and maintain a talent management system, including succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Analyze training and development data to measure the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources and learning and development.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, with a focus on learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Certification in human resources or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a flexible and adaptable approach.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively plan and execute training programs.
