As an IT Business Analyst at XENBER, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring seamless integration of software solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and reports.
• Evaluate and recommend software solutions based on technical feasibility, cost, and business impact.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
