📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
Manage a team of staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stocked.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
